beautiful morning

Had breakfast at Mosin. Met Akmar and Johan, a senior in high school. His name is Johan Faisal Khan, but people used to just call him JFK for short. ;) Cool guy...just came back from Pakistan, now doing his housemanship in GH. :) Anyway, so far it's been a good week for me, alhamdulillah. :) Friday went to Shaida's open house. Met Ikmal after such a long time. Either my eyes were deceiving me, or has he grown taller? He's even taller than Yai, whom I thought is already too tall! :D Or maybe I'm just short? :P Hehe...

Yesterday went to Abah's cousin's house at Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. Their daughter's boyfriend came with his family to seek her hand in marriage or merisik. Since Abah is quite close, his cousin asked for his assistance in being the spokesperson for their family. We went there early though, to discuss about what was to be said. Interesting really...Anyway, we were there until about 3pm, waiting for the guy's family to arrive from Muar, Johor. The discussion went quite well. The groom-to-be looks pretty decent...kinda sweet too, actually. He's a graduate from UPenn. Impressive, huh? :) Both he and my second cousin (the girl) met at work, which is at Exxon-Mobil in Kerteh. Alhamdulillah...bertemu juga dengan jodoh masing-masing. :)

Then after Maghrib, went to Ameer's open house with Zarina and Sharina. :) Met many SSP friends...some still single, some married with kids, etc. :) Left at about 10pm and the three of us headed to Coffee Bean at One Utama. Baru aje lepas makan nak minum kopi mahal pulak! Mengada la tu...kekeke... :P Dah la sorang2 pakai baju kebaya and kurung kedah. Melaram! :P Well, better Coffee Bean than Jasima or Mosin! Segan la kalau nak minum kopi kat kedai mamak lawa semacam. :D Coffee Bean was quite crowded even though it was late. I guess some people prefer the night life. As for us three anak dara, night life is pretty cool, but we still have our curfew. Three Cinderellas drinking expensive tea and coffee...what a picture. :P But hey, we had fun. ;)

Now...just two more days until new year...wanna make sure to have new resolutions to live by. :)
